Missed classes are the responsibility of the student. However, as a courtesy, we offer a free make up class at one fixed time in 3 weeks when your child takes a full session of classes. Depending on the term, we may have an additional class at the end of the session, but this is not guaranteed.

• If you know your child will be missing class, please notice us within one day before your child misses class.
• If you miss a class and cannot attend in that same week, we may provide make up classes at the end of the term.
• We do not offer credits for missed classes unless we cancel the class.
• No carry-forward class credits beyond current term.
• We do not offer make-up class during Summer Camp.

If you decide to withdraw from classes for any reason, our policy is as follows:

• There are no refunds/credits for Full Year after the start of the spring session.
• After registration and once the term has started, there are 50% refunds. After registration and one month the term has started, there are no refunds.
• There are no refunds/credits for any withdrawals after the 2nd week of classes.
• We do not offer any credits towards our Summer Camp Program or any other program.
